Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@rightforhim.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at hello@rightforhim.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.
